This policy explains what data Synthetic (synthetic.com.ar) collects, why, and your rights. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run our store, deliver licenses, and support you.

2. What we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication data, managed via Supabase.
• Purchase data: order and license information from our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy (the merchant of record). We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Support data: any information you send us by email.
• Basic usage: standard server logs needed to operate and secure the site.

3. What our software does NOT send us

Our products run on your own machine. Your After Effects projects, prompts, and any AI provider API keys you enter stay on your device or go directly to the AI provider you choose — they are never routed through Synthetic's servers.

4. How we use data

To create and manage your account, deliver and validate licenses, process purchases, provide support, send essential service emails (such as your license key), and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Processors we use

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Lemon Squeezy — payments, billing, and tax (merchant of record).
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Email delivery — to send transactional emails.

Each processor handles your data under its own privacy terms.

6. Data retention

We keep account and purchase data for as long as your account exists or as required for legal, accounting, or tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time, subject to records we must keep by law.
