This policy explains what personal data we handle when you visit synthetic.com.ar, create an account, buy, activate or use Synthetic's products, or ask us for support; what we use it for; and what your rights are. We handle the minimum needed to operate.
Synthetic is the trade name of an individual business based in the Argentine Republic. For questions and to exercise your rights, write to us at hola@synthetic.com.ar.
We do not receive or store your full card details: the payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for the sales and handles payment data under its own policy.
The products are designed to run on your computer. Synthetic does not receive your projects, compositions, designs, layers, images, videos, audio, prompts or the keys of the artificial intelligence services you configure. We only receive what you choose to send us, for example in a support request.
If you connect an artificial intelligence, transcription or other service, what the product sends it goes directly from your computer to that provider and is governed by its terms.
AE Bridge and its Figma plugin: the designs you move between your programs travel within your own computer. The Figma plugin only talks to the panel installed on your computer.

The site only uses necessary cookies: your session cookie when you sign in and the one that remembers your language. If you arrive from an affiliate's link, Lemon Squeezy stores an attribution cookie for 60 days to credit the sale. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever add them, we will ask for your consent first.
Our database is in Brazil, and some providers (for example, the payment, email and artificial intelligence providers) process data in the United States or other countries. We share with them only what their task needs.
We apply reasonable measures to protect your data and limit access to what is needed to operate. No system is completely secure; if an incident occurs, we will act as the law requires.
You can ask for access to, correction, update or deletion of your data under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25,326, and withdraw your consent to future notices. If you live in another country, you can also exercise the rights its law gives you.

The products are not directed at minors.
We may update this policy when the products, the providers or the rules change. We will publish the new version with its date.
The installer app processes the data described here, in addition to the rest of this policy. What stays on your PC: the list of Adobe apps and AI apps it detects, its installation record, and your saved sign-in session (encrypted with your Windows account, or a file only your user can read on macOS). What we receive: your email and sign-in code, your license list and the version checks for your tools (the license key travels over HTTPS), and a device identifier and computer name used to apply your plan's device limit. The installer has no analytics, and we never receive your files or projects.
The diagnostics report is created on your PC and copied to your clipboard only when you press the button. It lists versions, detected apps and status; it excludes license keys and personal folders. Nothing is sent unless you paste it into a support ticket yourself.
If your PC has no Node.js, the installer downloads a private copy from nodejs.org and verifies its SHA-256 fingerprint before using it. Sign-in emails are sent by our authentication provider.
Signing out deletes the saved session from your PC. Uninstalling removes what the installer added. To delete your account or your data, write to the contact address below.
