Synthetic ("Synthetic", "we", "us") operates synthetic.com.ar and sells software products including the After Effects MCP and AE Agent. By creating an account, purchasing, or using any of our products you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products.
Our products are licensed, not sold. A valid purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on the number of devices permitted by your plan, for as long as your license is active. After Effects MCP is offered on a subscription basis; AE Agent is a one-time purchase that includes future updates. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or reverse-engineer the software except as permitted by applicable law.
Payments are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel a subscription at any time and retain access through the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future billing periods with notice.
If a product does not work as described, contact us and we will help. Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time; annual plans are refundable within 7 days of purchase. One-time purchases are refundable within 14 days if the product cannot be made to work for you.
You are responsible for keeping your license key and account credentials secure, for any AI provider API keys or subscriptions you connect, and for the costs charged by those third-party providers. Our products execute actions inside your own software on your machine; you are responsible for your projects and for backing up your work.
Our products can connect to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) and local model runtimes. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Synthetic is not responsible for the availability, output, or billing of third-party services.
The products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synthetic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or work arising from use of the products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination you must stop using and remove the software. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (license limitations, disclaimers, liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
