Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of synthetic.com.ar and of the programs, panels, plugins and services we offer under the Synthetic brand (the "Products"). Each Product's page and the checkout are also part of what we agree. Read them before buying or using a Product.

Synthetic is the trade name of an individual business based in the Argentine Republic. It is not a company. For questions, complaints and requests, write to us at hola@synthetic.com.ar.

By creating an account, buying, downloading or using a Product, you accept these terms. If you act on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Products.

Some features require an account and a valid email address. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us without delay if you notice unauthorized access. You are responsible for what is done from your account, unless the law provides otherwise or it is attributable to us.

We may ask for the information reasonably needed to verify a purchase, prevent fraud or give you support. We will not ask for data that is not needed for that.

Our programs are licensed, not sold. A valid purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the Product on the number of computers stated on its page, for as long as the license is active. Each Product's page and checkout say which type it is:

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for each sale: it collects the payment, calculates and collects any applicable taxes and issues the receipt. The price, the currency (US dollars), the billing period and the taxes are shown at checkout before you confirm the purchase. No recurring charge is made that you have not authorized at checkout.

The price of a subscription may change for the following periods. We will tell you before it applies, and you can cancel before the new charge.

Subscriptions renew automatically for equal periods until you cancel them.

You can cancel at any time from "Billing" in your Synthetic dashboard, from the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt, or by writing to us at hola@synthetic.com.ar. Cancelling stops the following charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

If a renewal charge fails, the payment provider may retry it and notify you. Access ends if the subscription expires for lack of payment.

Your files, projects, texts, images, audio, video and prompts are yours. You only give us the minimum technical permission for the Product to work and to handle a support request you send us.

You confirm that you have the right to use what you process with the Products. You may not use them to infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights of third parties; bypass technical protection measures (such as DRM or platform controls); copy or redistribute content from subscription or paid services without authorization; access with someone else's accounts or credentials; distribute malicious code; or break the law or the terms of the platforms you take the material from. You are responsible for what you process and publish, for your backups and for reviewing the results before using them.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect security, comply with the law or in case of a serious breach. Where possible, we will tell you why and give you the chance to correct it.

Some Products connect to artificial intelligence, transcription or other services, or to models that run on your computer. You usually do this with your own account or key; those services charge separately and are governed by their own terms. What the Product sends them goes directly from your computer to that provider.

Results generated by artificial intelligence may be inaccurate, incomplete or subject to third-party rights. Review them before using them. We do not guarantee that a result is original or suitable for a particular purpose.

Synthetic does not control the availability, results or billing of third-party services.

Synthetic keeps all rights to the Products, their code, documentation, designs, names, logos and images, except what these terms expressly grant you.

Names of third-party programs (for example, Adobe's) belong to their owners and are mentioned only to say what each Product works with. They do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

If you believe something available through a Product infringes your rights, write to us at hola@synthetic.com.ar identifying the material and the right you claim.

Support is requested from "Support" in your dashboard or at hola@synthetic.com.ar. We make reasonable efforts for the Products to work as described, but we do not guarantee that they work without interruption, on every computer or without errors.

We may release fixes, updates or changes, and stop offering a Product for technical, commercial or legal reasons. If that affects an active subscription, we will tell you your options.

How we handle your personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. We do not receive or store your full card details: the payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy.

These terms do not exclude or reduce the guarantees, liability or rights that the law does not allow to be excluded, in particular consumer rights in case of a breach or a defect of the Product.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused only by third-party services, by use contrary to the documentation, by unauthorized modifications, by unsupported systems or by the lack of backups.

If you do not buy as a consumer, and to the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for lost profits, indirect damage or loss of data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for that Product in the 3 months before the event that gives rise to the claim or, for a one-time license, to the price you paid for it. These limits do not apply to wilful misconduct or to what the law declares cannot be waived.

You can stop using a Product at any time; to avoid further charges, you also have to cancel the subscription (section 6). We may suspend or terminate a license in case of a serious breach of these terms, fraud or a security risk; where reasonable, we will notify you and give you the chance to correct it. When it ends, you must stop using the Product.

We may update these terms for legal, technical or commercial reasons. We will publish the current version with its date. If a change significantly affects an active subscription or reduces rights you already had, we will notify you in advance and it will not apply retroactively to your detriment.

If you buy as a consumer, the consumer protection and jurisdiction rules that apply to you prevail; no clause forces you to litigate where the law does not allow it. In all other cases, these terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Before any claim, we will try to resolve it with you in good faith. If a clause turns out to be invalid, the others remain in force.
