Midokoro

Editor and export

Polish a clip in the built-in editor, then export a finished video or a folder ready for your editing program.

The editor

Press Editar (Edit) on a clip. The editor never changes the original clip: your edits are saved on their own, automatically.

  • Panels you can move. Monitor, Línea de tiempo (Timeline), Herramientas (Tools), Subtítulos (Subtitles), Propiedades (Properties), Medios (Media) and Efectos (Effects) can be docked, floated or closed from the Ventanas (Windows) button.
  • Timeline. Tracks for subtitles and titles, graphics and text, three video tracks, two audio tracks and music. Audio and subtitles are linked to their video, so they move, trim and split together.
  • Your own media. In Medios, upload a video, audio or image to use in the edit (up to 500 MB each).
  • Effects and color. Slow zoom, shake, black and white and a golden glow; fade in and out; transitions (Corte, Fundido, Deslizar, Zoom); brightness and saturation; and four looks (Natural, Cálido, Frío and Cine).
  • Sound. Clip volume, music volume, and Bajar la música cuando hablan (Lower the music when people talk).
  • Shortcuts. They follow Adobe Premiere Pro's wherever there is an equivalent. The keyboard button lists them. Undo and redo are always there.

Subtitles

The Subtítulos panel shows the text as it will appear in the video, one card per screen. Click a card and type. Enter splits it where the cursor is, Backspace at the start joins it with the previous one, and the plus button adds a new one. The timing of each word is recalculated for you.

  • 12 designs: Clásico, Neón, Fuego, Minimal, Retro, Noticiero, Impacto, Marcador, Karaoke, Sombra suave, Cine and Caja dorada.
  • 4 ways to show the text: Todo junto (the whole phrase at once, with the spoken word highlighted), Una palabra (one word at a time), Va apareciendo (words appear one after another) and Karaoke (each word fills with color as it is said).
  • Per format: size, position, characters per line, lines (1 to 3), width and alignment can be different for 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9, with good defaults. Acomodar a este formato (Fit to this format) splits the long lines for you.

Export

Press Exportar (Export). There are two tabs.

Video terminado (Finished video)

Choose the format (9:16, 1:1, 4:5 or 16:9), the quality (Rápida, Alta or Máxima: fast, high or maximum), whether the subtitles are burned into the picture and a file name. Press Crear el video (Create the video). You can close the window while it works; then press Descargar (Download) or Abrir carpeta (Open folder).

Para seguir editando (To keep editing)

In Conexiones → Destinos (Destinations) you can also set a local folder where every approved clip is copied with its subtitles, and a webhook that notifies another application when you approve a clip.
