Synthetic Installer
Troubleshooting
The usual snags and how to get past them.
Windows says it protected my PC
Press More info, then Run anyway. The app is not code-signed yet; make sure you downloaded it from synthetic.com.ar.
macOS says the app cannot be opened
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security and press Open Anyway next to Synthetic Setup. On older versions of macOS, right-click the app and choose Open.
The sign-in code does not arrive
Check your spam folder and make sure you used the same email as your Synthetic account. You can ask for a new code after a minute; after several tries in a row the site asks you to wait a few minutes.
It says the code is not valid or has expired
Each code works once and expires quickly. Ask for a new one and use the latest email.
It says I am offline
The app needs internet to load your licenses. Your sign-in is kept; press Try again when you are back online.
My AI app is not listed
It must be installed and opened at least once. Open it once, then reopen Synthetic Setup. Some packaged versions (for example from the Microsoft Store) keep their settings somewhere else and may not be detected yet; contact support with your diagnostics.
The tool does not show up in my AI app
Close the AI app completely (also from the system tray) and open it again. If it still does not appear, press Repair on that product in Settings.
The panel is not in Adobe
Restart the Adobe app after installing, then open the panel from the Window → Extensions menu. If you have several versions of the app, the panel appears in every compatible one.
It says a panel needs administrator rights
An older install put that panel in a system-wide folder. Run the installer as administrator once, or remove it by hand; the app tells you which one.
Still stuck?
Open Settings, press Copy diagnostics, paste the result into a ticket (Dashboard → Support) and tell us what you saw.
