Midokoro for Premiere

Synthetic Midokoro for Premiere

A Premiere Pro panel that finds the moments worth sharing in your recordings and builds the clips in your timeline. It can also turn a whole clip into another format, following whoever is speaking.

What it does

You give it a clip from your project, the active sequence, or a file. Midokoro listens to the audio, picks the moments worth sharing, and builds them in Premiere as editable sequences, with subtitles if you want. The analysis happens on your computer and your video never leaves it.

Two ways to use it

Find the best momentsFinds the moments worth sharing and cuts each one as a vertical clip (9:16 or another format), with optional subtitles.
The whole clip, in another formatTurns the entire clip, or a stretch of it, into 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 or any format you choose, following whoever is speaking.

How it works

1

Material

Choose a clip from the project, the active sequence, or a file on your computer.
2

Transcript

Load one you already have (SRT, VTT or text with times) or have the panel generate it with the service you prefer.
3

Moments

Midokoro suggests the best moments, each with its score and the reason in plain words. You choose which ones to build.
4

Build

Choose the format, framing and subtitles. The clips show up as sequences inside a folder in your project, ready to edit.

What's included

  • Moments worth sharing, each with a score and a sentence that explains why it was chosen. If there are fewer than you asked for, it does not pad the list.
  • Review with the AI of your choice: your Claude or ChatGPT plan, an API key from another service, or a model on your computer.
  • Framing that follows whoever is speaking: one person, two people (one on top and one below), a mosaic of up to 4, or the whole picture with a blurred background or black bars.
  • Six ready-made formats (9:16, 4:5, 3:4, 1:1, 4:3 and 16:9) and a custom size. You can pick several at once.
  • 19 subtitle styles for social networks, or an editable Premiere caption track.
  • Everything stays editable in your timeline, and a button undoes what it built.

Your video stays with you

Your video is never uploaded to Synthetic. The services you connect (transcription and AI) only receive what they need: the audio to transcribe and the text to choose the moments. The details are in the FAQ.

Midokoro for Premiere works with local files: the clips in your project, the active sequence, or a file.
