Troubleshooting
What to check when PR Agent 2.0 does not behave as you expect.
The panel does not appear in Premiere Pro
Restart Premiere Pro completely and open Window → Extensions → Synthetic PR Agent 2.0. If you installed by hand, check that ZXP Installer finished without errors.
«This license key is not valid for PR Agent 2.0»
Copy the key again from Dashboard → Licenses: each agent has its own key. The key of another Synthetic product does not work here.
«This license is already active on 2 computers»
Free one computer from Dashboard → Licenses and try again.
Claude Code or Codex does not answer
Check that the official program is installed and press «Sign in» in the connection again. If it still fails, try another connection or a different model.
«No connection to synthetic.com.ar»
The panel needs a connection to activate and to renew. Once activated it works for up to 7 days offline.
The agent seems stuck
Look at the line under the chat: if it says it is waiting for you, answer the approval card. If it has been thinking for a long time, press Stop and ask again; a lower effort answers faster.
The agent did something I did not want
Use Premiere Pro's own Undo (Ctrl/Cmd + Z). Tell the agent what you wanted instead; in Chat it can only read, so it is a safe way to plan first.
