How it works
Install as an npm package: npx -y @synthetic-ai/illustrator-mcp. Your MCP client (Claude Desktop, Codex, etc.) launches the server, which connects over WebSocket (port 41220) to a CEP bridge plugin installed inside Illustrator. Works with Illustrator 2022 onward.
